Award double for Armadale store
A STORE in Armadale is celebrating after claiming an award double at the United Wholesale Scotland Scottish Independent Retail Awards.
Shazia and Ashraf Ali, of the Lothian Superstore Day Today, received the Responsible Retailer of the Year Convenience Store of the Year awards at the Glasgow ceremony, which recognised the best independent retailers in the country.
As well as presenting the awards the event also raised money and awareness for its charity partner, The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice.
